Dr. Bettina Orlopp

Chairwoman of the Board of Managing Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Commerzbank, Frankfurt am Main

Dr. Bettina Orlopp is the Chairwoman of the Executive Board and CFO of Commerzbank AG since October 2024. Previously, she served as the Deputy Chairwoman of the Executive Board where she was responsible for the CFO division, which includes Finance, Taxes, Investor Relations, and Treasury. At the start of her board career in 2017 she headed the Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources divisions. She began her career at Commerzbank in 2014 as Head of Group Development & Strategy. Additionally, she is a Board Member of the KfW.

Dr. Bettina Orlopp began her professional career in 1995 as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she was appointed Partner in 2002. She is married and has two children.
